Once payment goes through, your file is available right away from your order page under Orders.

The shop prepares it within the turnaround time shown on the listing, then uploads it to your order. You'll get a notification when it's ready.

Open Orders in your account. Each order shows its progress, and shipped orders include the carrier and tracking number.

Each shop sets its own Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations policy — you'll find it on the shop page. Instant downloads are generally non-refundable unless the file is faulty.

You can cancel before the shop starts processing it. After that, the shop's cancellation policy applies.

Not yet. Soirée currently ships within the United States only. Some shops also offer local pickup or local delivery.

From your dashboard, open Shop Management and complete Business Basics, Policies and Fulfillment. Your shop name and logo are separate from your personal profile.

Instant downloads, custom digital files, physical or handmade goods, and custom order requests. Services, bookings and rentals aren't allowed.

Each physical listing offers U.S. shipping, local delivery or local pickup. Set up the matching details on your Fulfillment page before publishing.

There's no listing or subscription fee. A marketplace fee applies to each sale, as described in the Seller Agreement.

Our team reviews every report. If a listing breaks our rules, it's removed from the shop and the seller is notified.

If something goes wrong, message the shop from your order first. If it isn't resolved within 48 hours, report the problem to us.

Use the copyright infringement form. It collects the details required for a formal takedown notice.
