Seller Information Sellers may be required to provide additional information for: • Payment processing; • Identity verification; • Fraud prevention; • Seller payouts; • Tax compliance; • Marketplace compliance; and • Legal obligations.
2. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Stripe Connect, or another payment-processing provider used by Let's Soirée. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements. Let's Soirée does not represent that it stores complete payment-card information on its own servers where such information is handled directly by the applicable payment provider.
3. Account Profile vs. Public Shop
Let's Soirée maintains a distinction between an individual user's private account and a seller's public shop. Personal account information, including a private residential address or personal contact information, is not automatically displayed publicly simply because you operate a shop. Public shop information may include: • Shop name; • Logo; • Cover image; • Shop description; • Public business or location information; • Shop policies; and • Public contact information you choose to provide. Certain seller information may be required to be disclosed publicly under applicable law.
4. Information Shared Between Buyers & Sellers
When an order is placed, Let's Soirée may share information reasonably necessary to fulfill the order. For physical orders, this may include: • Buyer name; • Shipping address; • Delivery information; • Pickup information; and • Order-specific instructions. For digital orders, file delivery may be handled through the Platform without providing sellers with unnecessary payment-card information. Sellers may not use buyer information for unauthorized marketing, harassment, solicitation, or unrelated purposes.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information to: • Create and maintain accounts; • Operate the marketplace; • Process orders; • Process payments; • Facilitate seller payouts; • Verify seller identities; • Provide customer support; • Facilitate buyer/seller communication; • Deliver digital products; • Prevent fraud and abuse; • Investigate marketplace violations; • Review copyright complaints; • Maintain Platform security; • Improve the Platform; • Analyze Platform usage; • Comply with legal obligations; and • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Let's Soirée and others.

The specific technologies used will depend on the services implemented on the Platform. Let's Soirée does not sell personal information to data brokers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: • Provide our services; • Maintain transaction records; • Resolve disputes; • Prevent fraud; • Meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements; • Enforce agreements; and • Protect the Platform and its users. Certain transaction and financial records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal information by using available account-management tools or contacting Let's Soirée Support. Deletion may not result in immediate deletion of information that we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain, including transaction records, financial records, fraud-prevention records, dispute records, or information necessary to enforce legal rights.
11. Security
Let's Soirée uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying Let's Soirée of suspected unauthorized account activity.
12. Children's Privacy
Let's Soirée is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or make purchases through the Platform.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform or by other reasonable means.
